CAPTRA Ltd. Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of CAPTRA Ltd.'s AI-powered customer sales and support services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Permitted Use

  • Clients may use CAPTRA’s AI-powered services solely for their intended business purposes.

  • The AI system is designed to assist with customer interactions but should not be used as a replacement for human oversight in critical decision-making processes.

2.2 Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.

  • Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of CAPTRA’s proprietary AI systems.

  • Use the AI to generate or facilitate spam, misleading content, or abusive behavior.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt CAPTRA’s servers, networks, or systems.

3. AI Service Limitations & Disclaimers

  • CAPTRA’s AI is an automated system and may not always produce perfect or accurate responses.

  • CAPTRA Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any reliance placed on AI-generated content.

  • Clients acknowledge that the AI’s effectiveness depends on factors beyond CAPTRA’s control, such as third-party integrations, internet connectivity, and data accuracy.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

  • CAPTRA Ltd. processes user data in compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

  • AI-generated interactions and customer data may be processed by third-party providers, including Google Cloud and voip.ms.

  • Clients remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using CAPTRA’s services.

5. Service Availability & Changes

  • CAPTRA Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue its Services at any time.

  • We may apply maintenance, updates, or security patches that may impact Service availability.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • CAPTRA Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAPTRA Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from misuse of the AI system.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in London, UK.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • CAPTRA Ltd. may update these T&Cs from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
